Together We Foster is a Northeast Arkansas 501(c)(3) (formerly the Greene County Foster Parents Association) that operates several free clothing closets serving foster families. In October 2025 it collected new and gently used Halloween costumes for children in foster care and distributed them free to foster parents and the state child-welfare agency. Donations are dropped off at its closet locations ahead of a fall deadline. Visit togetherwefosternea.org for drop-off sites and the current costume drive details.
