Y'alloween

Houston, TX
Halloween Collection EventDrop-off ★ Youth-Founded

Y'alloween is a Houston, Texas youth-founded 501(c)(3) launched by BJ Rottinghaus during his high school freshman year and now active across Houston, Austin, and College Station. The program collects new Halloween costumes through Amazon Wishlists and community in-kind donations, then packages each costume with treats and small goodies before delivery. Distribution partners include local shelters and domestic violence centers serving children whose families can't otherwise afford Halloween outfits. Donations are accepted by drop-off at participating sites and by direct mail to 12645 Memorial Drive, Suite F-1, Box 145, Houston, TX 77024 during the September through November collection window. The drive scales each year with volunteer support and student leadership. Visit yalloween.org for the current year's wish list link and partner locations.
