The Kindness Project is an Emmaus, Pennsylvania 501(c)(3) that runs a free boutique for foster families across more than 35 counties in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Stocked entirely from donated new and like-new goods, the boutique offers seasonal items including Halloween costumes to foster children at no cost.
