The Sharing Shelf Halloween Costume Drive

The Sharing Shelf, a Family Services of Westchester program, runs an annual Halloween costume drive for children across Westchester County. New or excellent-condition gently-used costumes in sizes 4T through youth XL — roughly ages 3 through 16 — are accepted at the 47 Purdy Avenue location each September and early October. Drop-offs are scheduled through the organization's online portal with a firm October 15 deadline to allow time for matching and distribution. The Sharing Shelf serves children in low-income Westchester families year-round with new and gently-used clothing, school supplies, and seasonal items beyond just costumes.
