Network of Community Ministries

Network of Community Ministries is a Richardson, Texas faith-based 501(c)(3) founded in 1985 that serves more than 30,000 people annually across fourteen zip codes in the Richardson Independent School District area of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The organization operates an annual Halloween Boo-tique each October at its 1500 International Parkway, Suite 300 office, where families using the food and clothing pantry can also pick out free Halloween costumes for their children. Costume distribution is integrated with the organization's broader social-services intake, so families receive Halloween outfits as part of the same visit they pick up groceries or school supplies. New and gently used children's costumes are collected each September through community drop-offs at the Richardson office. The Boo-tique typically runs for one to two weeks in mid-October, timed so families can attend community Halloween events.
