Belle of the Ball is a program of Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, a Florida 501(c)(3), which acquired the project (founded 2003) and continues giving free prom and homecoming gowns to Tampa Bay-area students. Teens shop a Belle Boutique of new and gently loved dresses, with a $1 to $5 donation suggested but not required.
