The Giving Gown Foundation

The Giving Gown Foundation is a Houston, Texas 501(c)(3) (EIN 26-3179512) that provides free formal gowns and accessories to high school girls who can't afford prom or homecoming attire. The 2025 Prom Boutique served nearly 1,000 students, and the 2026 event is scheduled for February 11-14 at the organization's headquarters at 2700 Cypress Creek Parkway in Houston. Donors can drop off new and like-new formal gowns and accessories year-round at the Cypress Creek office, contribute monetarily, or send items from the organization's Amazon Wishlist. Sponsors receive recognition on event signage, the website, and social media. The foundation operates on a mission of empowering girls one dress at a time, focusing on confidence and self-esteem for students attending formal school events.
